1. Raw Materials and Production Process

Manufactured from polycarbonate raw materials, mainly sourced from Covestro and Sabic. No recycled or reclaimed materials are used to guarantee product quality.
Equipped with high-concentration double-sided UV coating, which effectively extends outdoor service life and improves ageing resistance.

It combines the strengths of solid polycarbonate sheets and corrugated sheets. Roll-packed for easy transportation, customizable in length, simple to install with overlapping joints, excellent in waterproof performance and high in construction efficiency. It delivers great deflection performance: for instance, 1.5mm-thick Softlite performs roughly equivalent to 3mm-thick solid polycarbonate sheets.
The surface is semi-frost treated to create soft and bright light with favorable visual effects.

Thickness: Available in 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm and other options.
Projected width: 1.26 meters.
Length: Normally 30–50 meters per roll, custom lengths are acceptable. Different specifications vary in weight, volume and roll diameter. For example, the 1.0mm (1.26m × 50M) specification weighs 78KG per roll with a volume of 0.36m³ and roll diameter of 0.6M; the 1.2mm (1.26m × 50M) specification weighs 93.6KG per roll with a volume of 0.25m³ and roll diameter of 0.5M, etc.

Colors: Multiple color options are available, including AC932# Brown, AC001# Lake Blue, AC002# Royal Blue, AC027# White, AC257# Grass Green, AC547# Orange Yellow, etc.
Overlapping Methods: For side lap, aluminum batten overlapping (2.5 wave crests) or aluminum batten plus aluminum base overlapping can be adopted. For end lap, aluminum batten overlapping (20cm) or aluminum batten plus aluminum base overlapping (20cm) is available. The overlapping length for end lap shall be no less than 20cm. Neutral silicone sealant must be applied to all gaps. When fixing with screws, special waterproof gaskets must be used. Self-tapping screws cannot be driven directly into the sheet surface. Pre-drilling (hole reaming) is required for screw holes; the bore diameter shall be 4mm larger than the screw diameter to prevent sheet cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
