1. Product Features

  1. Premium Raw Materials: Mainly adopt polycarbonate raw materials from Covestro and SABIC. No recycled or reprocessed materials are used to guarantee product quality.
  2. UV‑Resistance: Double‑sided high‑concentration UV‑protection coating effectively extends service life and provides a ten‑year quality guarantee. Anti‑aging tests show that the UV coating greatly slows sheet aging. Without UV coating, the sheet will turn yellow and even crack within 2‑3 years. Since polycarbonate itself is not resistant to ultraviolet rays, co‑extruded UV coating is essential to achieve an outdoor service life of more than ten years.
  3. Adjustable Light Transmittance: It delivers excellent light transmission comparable to glass. Light transmittance and colours can be customised upon customer requirements. Available colours include transparent, brown, lake blue, royal blue, dark grey, light grey, grass green, opal white and more.
  4. Light Weight & High Strength
    • Its weight is only half of glass of the same thickness, which facilitates handling and installation.
    • Impact resistance is 30 times that of tempered glass, delivering excellent safety performance. It is suitable for applications such as shatter‑proof safety glass, explosion‑proof viewing windows and protective shields.
